COMPOSITION
Unwashed Orange cells, obtained from undamaged, sound, mature oranges during the most recent harvesting season.The orange cells are prepared from juice with cells, obtained from sound, wholesome and fully matured orange fruits (Citrus sinensis). The cells are collected and separated from the juice by finishers and cyclones. Cells are cooled to less than 15°C (<15°C), analysed and approved by Quality Control. The cells are then sterilised and packed in 220 litre galvanised drums with one HDPE outer liner and one aseptic bag. The liner is closed with a cable tie. The drums are sealed and labelled. The product is manufactured under sanitary conditions appropriate to food products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations including Good manufacturing practices (GMP). Drums are stored at ambient temperature. On customer request it can be stored at chilled/frozen conditions.

SHELF LIFE
Twelve(12) months at ambient (<25°C) or eighteen (18) months at less than 10°C or twenty four (24) months at less than minus 16°C (<-16°C) in unopened original packaging
Shelf life of opened product will depend on the conditions under which the product was opened and stored after opening. The product is susceptible to microbiological spoilage if not opened under hygienic conditions and not stored as suggested.
PACKAGING AND LABELLING:
215kg net. Packed in 215 litre open head galvanised drums with one HDPE outer liner and one aseptic bag. Label state product name, code, batch number, drum number, Nett Mass, production and expiry date, storage conditions and country of origin
