SHELF LIFE

Maximum of 6 months at 25°C for concentrate, maximum of 14 months at 4 to 7°C.

A 30 day shelf life should be achievable if packed under hygienic conditions & maintaining the cold chain throughout 4 to 7 °C.

Shelf life is reduced by 50% for every increase of 10 °C, and products should therefore be kept at a cool temperature. Store products away from sunlight/UV light.

Shelf life can be increased if more preservatives are added at time of packaging. Increasing shelf life with more Sulphur dioxide and/or Benzoic Acid would have an adverse effect on taste of the product.

Special handling instructions: Handle product with care to prevent leaking of concentrate. Upon opening, make sure to decant in a hygienic manner.

Preservatives might cause allergic reactions to sensitive people.

The diluted ready to drink juice has a 10% juice content, calculated according to S.A. Regulations, R286 of 1980
