Minimum of 6 months at <25°C for concentrate in 1 litre bottles, maximum of 14 months in 20 litre cartons or 50 litre blue kegs at <10°C.
A 30 day shelf life should be achievable if packed under hygienic conditions & maintaining the cold chain throughout 4 - 7 °C.
Shelf life is reduced by 50% for every increase of 10 °C, and products should therefore be kept at a cool temperature. Store products away from sunlight/UV light.
Shelf life can be increased if more preservatives are added at time of packaging. Increasing shelf life with more Sulphur dioxide and/or Benzoic Acid would have an adverse effect on taste of the product.
Special handling instructions: Handle product with care to prevent leaking of concentrate. Upon opening, make sure to decant in a hygienic manner.
Preservatives might cause allergic reactions to sensitive people.
The diluted ready to drink juice has a 100% juice content, calculated according to S.A. Regulations, R286 of 1980
